Note : I'm writing this review after multiple purchases from them for my friends or relatives ane myself.

Reason:
--Brands options: (I mean it brands, no nonsenses)
Brands which Shah bike have Service in India or they serve you.
All are the best in the world, if you want to know more, visit the store.
In reality out world, you may get things cheaper or better for what you pay for.
However, if some wrong thing happent , then the shop keeper will tell you reach out to the OEM or they will tell you they are just sellers.
Meaning there are only few international brands operates in India and give waranty (for more contact them)

--Knowledge of Bikes: They will not just sell you anything, but tell you what it is...!!! The staffs in sales are pretty much expert in the area, able to suggest according to your needs.
--Technical / Service : I experieced the quality of service staff and their skills, experience, well mannered, customer centric. They care about their customers.
--Customer Commitment : I mean it, no non sense, commitments are always delivered.
--Post Sale Service / experience: Bike Services are alwsys huzzle free, well equipped, OEM trained staffs so no worries.
In short, they are not just sellers but an experience center.
Negative (s)(just for a reason)
Some time the staffs may enaged with too many things or attending many customers at a time , so may you have to wait for someone attent your requirements (very rare cases) but that is again in a rush peak hrs or rare case scenario.
Shah Bikes have enough staffs in the showroom though but it depends upon number of customers in there showroom.
Can Ignore this as negative if you are person with some patience since and iconsidering your purchase of a cycle is for some health benefits.

Last but not least two people to mention, Chirag who dealt with me multiple time patiently attent my quries and supported and Akshay...!!!
Kudos to the entire team,, you guys are not just great but awsome...!!!!

If you want to buy a cycle with an expertise advise and for the best deal, this is the place to go, Period. I bought a Scott Scale 980 from here even though I am from Kerala, just because of the excellent customer service I got from here. Akshay is the owner and he is someone who would go any extend to make sure every request of mine was fulfilled. And Chirag, really knows each and everything about bikes and his guidance helped me a lot. They also do have all branded stuff in there. A must visit place for cycle enthusiasts.

Akshay, is the person you should meet. Amazing personality very clear on communications, absolute clear to understand your requirements and will not over sell you anything, I got my Scott Speedster from Shah. He understands your need and tells you what would be best fit for you, not of the breed who sell Hydro carbons without a reason. I had an amazing experience.

Very good show room for bicycles. Very good customer support. Sufficient sales staff available to reduce your waiting time. Not much bargain which makes you feel good. They have many brands under their umbrella. Service is also good though at a slightly higher price but on-time delivery is ensured.

Lot of collections available in the bicycle for all age group and price also very reasonable compared to online.

It is next to high way easy to spot.
They have huge collections of cycles and accessories.
I bought mine from here.
Servicing is also good. They suggested if anything to be done in serving.

Sorry for the late post but kind of consolidated experience and feedback from the last 3 years. I purchased Scott Speedster from Shah Bikes exactly 3 years back on 27th June 2020 and to start with was very happy at the time of purchase also everything was properly taken care of. All my requirements were given to them and they have given me a choice of all the different categories and explained all the factors which made me select the road cycle easily. Also, they have an automated way of measuring all the parameters like Height, fitting, etc which is very useful so that we don't strain ourselves during rides.

Coming to Service today was my 3rd or 4th service with them and every time they make me realize that they are one of the best team who takes care of everything properly and does not unnecessarily recommend parts or services. Even though I was insisting on a few parts replacement but Akshay and the team properly explained that it is not at all required. So, really very happy with the service this time I have utilized their Pick and Drop services too and the price of Pick and Drop completely depends on distance but very relaxed about this service too since I stay 22 km far from the store.

Thank You to the complete team who have taken all the utmost care and given the perfect service and proper care. Very Happy.

It's a Scott Technology Centre and the people here live up to it. I visited almost all premium bike stores in Bangalore to find a good hybrid but the experience at Shah was a class apart. They truly value the spirit of cycling above business.

Wonderful experience. Got my favourite bike " Scott speedster 20 gravel" . My bike packed and couriered me to vellore. Enjoying the ride.

Every sales person in the store was very helpful. They help you choose right accessories for your cycle. In fact they even stopped me buying one of the expensive accessories from their store at billing counter saying I am just a beginner and this wouldn’t be helpful to me. They could have easily sold that to me as I was interested but their intentions are very good. They want their customers to have good experience rather than them making profit.

I found the service much much better than at Decathlon where it was more crowded & difficult to get a proper answer for a simple question.

Purchased Lectro EHX20 Yesterday  The owners Akshay and Bhavesh were quite helpful in getting the bike from Hero Cycles and delivery was made on time.  Happy about the service rendered by the mechanic in assembling the bike and checking the bike in detail before delivery.  Purchased few accessories like carrier and water bottle and the quality of the products are very good.  All in all happy about the purchase.  Thanks again to Akshay and Bhavesh.

Thank you for helping me pick the right bike and accessories. The best part was the owner looking at the peddle of my old bike. He could guess that it was a better quality one and got it replaced with new bike

Got my bicycle serviced here.. service is very well done. The parts they keep are all Shimano, hence good quality is guaranteed. They have a decent collection of Scott bikes, from low end to very high end.
