SPARTAN EX. GYM is great place for work out with all the good equipments.Trainers & staff are nice, friendly, motivating & cooperative . Any inconvenience and problems of members are resolved very quickly. For instance my ears were hurting due to music played on loud speakers .I brought this to their notice and they have smilingly resolved this issue immediately.Thank you SPARTAN for taking care.I am glad to have joined SPARTAN and I have a home for my health & fitness. I love this place.

very good gym . i has 3 floors and all the floors have trainers . good ambiance and perfect place to workout . plenty of machines to workout . froendly trainers !!!

It is a fabulous gym with great equipments and environment is very good and it is very spacious and every trainer here is very supportive and friendly.

This gym has been really efficient throughout my fitness journey. All the trainers are really experienced, diligent and mindful while training the members. Its been a little over a month and I can already see the changes. Everyday is a new learning with a new workout, be it cardio, strength training or HIIT. If you're from Baroda, do give it a try. It's worth every penny.

Its has been 4 months to me, being an spartan member. Apparently I am giving this 5 star rating bcz The gym has all the necessary equipment and fully hygiene, Siddharth bhai always take care for all the requirement you have and implement's asap. All trainers are good in there on way except one. I was 83 kgs when started and currently weighing 78.6 kgs This are the results diet chart the provide. Honestly i didnt always followed the diet but the diet plan is something, that if you follow might have better results. Now for the best trainer i would suggest *Hemant Kadam sir * is one of the most dedicated and genuine person in and out. He is someone who keeps tracks of you, whether your form is correct or not and will guide you. As a personal trainer he is the best choice and i vow you will never get disappoint. The other point is this gym is best for women's as some trainer are only good to females and wont respond to you if you are male. this is my experience, it may differ from person to person. This is the genuine review i am not talking in favour of anyone and vice-versa.

My first experience with Spartan Extreme Gym and have not been disappointed! From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. Facility is clean and equipments are very good!!

This is one of the most trusted and quality gym in the city. The equipments, trainers and other amenities are up to the mark. Not only the environment here is healthy and motivating but also very safe and pleasant. Besides, they organises multiple events to make it live. For instance, navaratri was absolute fun here. What is more, no cheap crowd or actions are allowed , so the dignity of fitness is very well maintained. All in all, highly recommended for fitness lovers and even beginners ! 💐👌
