Great fleet of choices. But if you are foreigners, long working process to rent a car.

This review is for my booking in Jan 2019 for a Ford Ecosport for 1 week. My overall experience was okay but far from ideal. It was okay enough that I will consider Voler for my next booking but will look elsewhere if I can find something better.

My biggest worry is always the quality of the car and thankfully it was okay. It was a less than an year old vehicle so drove normally as expected. Had no mechanical or any other issues whatsoever during my entire trip.

BUT, the car wasn't clean at all. There was a layer of dirt on the entire interior. I really wished they had given me a clean vehicle. After I picked up the car, for a good amount of time I really wanted to turn around and return back the car due to the filthiness of the interior.

Pickup of the car was relatively hassle free. The pickup was from T3 and I got the call from the Voler car executive on time informing me that the vehicle is ready. However, I was told that I have to pick the vehicle from Aerocity metro station. Even though the booking very explicitly mentioned T3 as the pickup point,.
When I argued that the pick was from T3, the representative told me that he can come at T3 but it would cost 150 rupees extra for airport entry fee for commercial vehicles. I was okay with this but Voler should have communicated this clearly at the time of booking.

After I agreed to pay the entry fee, the representative came to the airport, picked us up and we went to aerocity metro station. Here he performed the pickup formalities and I got the car in less than 10 minutes.

The worse thing with the pickup was the fuel available in the car. It was ZERO. It was just enough for me to visit the nearest petrol pump. This cheap tactic to extort fuel from the customer. The rule is that the customer has to return the car with at least the same level of fuel at the time of booking. So if they give a car with empty fuel tank, they are bound to get some extra fuel at the time of vehicle return. Please note that this is not a one-off incident. For my previous 2 bookings with them, they gave the car with empty fuel tank.

Then another BIG hassle was the vehicle drop. Drop off point was also at the T3 terminal.
In order to ensure that I don't overshoot my booking period in case of any delays in reaching the airport, I had kept a buffer of 1.5 hours in the booking period.
But this resulted in absolute opposite of what I intended. While I was on-route to the airport, I called Voler at least 3-4 hours before my estimated arrival, and told them that I will reach 1.5 hours before the scheduled drop-off so they can send somebody at that time for the drop-off. I was told that they won't be able to do that due to staff unavailability, and I would have to reach the drop off at the scheduled time only.
When I insisted that as I will reach early and if something could be done, they they asked me to drop the car at their stockyard near ghitorni metro station if wanted to return the car early.
As it would have been equally inconvenient for me to do that, I preferred to reach the airport and just wait.

This was the most painful part of the whole booking experience. So in short, you can't be late as it would charge you extra, and there is no point in reaching early also. A very risky situation for the customer.

Thankfully, the drop off was quick and without any issues.

It is the worst company. They have hoarded money from refundable deposits and not giving back. Customer service does not tell you anything. It seems to be a Fake company. When you book a car they also call you to Ghitorni and inform that driver arent available on the day of your travel just hours before. So that you cannot cancel your booking. And now after 2 months they are still not returning the refundable deposit.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR CARS WITH THESE FRAUDS. THEY WILL MAKE YOU BOOK AN SUV AND CALL UP AND SAY THE CAR IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE WILL GIVE YOU A HATCH BACK.

THEY ARE FRAUDS !!!

I booked audi Q3, They never provided the car, They cancelled the booking and its been more than 3 months they have cancelled the booking and no body is taking initiative to process the refund, They did not even offered the alternate option.
Initially they were saying refund tool is not working then i asked if I come and collect the money then they said they will be doing NEFT in my account and in total its been more than 3 months no refund received.

Even now they do not even have call center we have to email and which they never response on time.

Think 100 times before making the reservation !
I wish there is an option to rate them into negative or 0 ...

Totally fake people .they don't refund security g,don't book cars from here .worst service which i haven't seen ever. If you haven't belief call me i iill give all details . Today 1 month completed i didn't get my amount .

Fraud alert!! Cancelled my booking an hour prior of the delivery time and then sent me an email that my refund will be given in 15 working days. After reading other reviews i believe i have lost the amount. BETTER STAY AWAY!

Scam company.. not refunding my 5200 amount, fake office address in bangalore.
Its being 2 months they are giving fake reason like payment gateway issue so your refund will process in some days.. and they never answer calls.

Worst Service Dont book any ride from them they are fraud first they will charge you extra money then they will not even return your security deposit. I have booked a car on
nov 10 19 and till now they have not returned the security deposit. Not returning the security deposit is their main business.

They are scammer. Don't trust this fake company. They never refund our security money. They have 100 reasons to justify their failure. The main reason they are always giving is, their payment gate way or tools are not working. Website and gateway is under construction or maintenance etc etc..
Please my dears stay away from this theifs, they loot your money. This company is a fraud company.
Furthermore, I will update here when my refund is back in my account. It was supposed to be refunded by latest on 10th of August

Never book from voler cars, They will not refund your deposit despite calling them numerous times. Trust me , the customer care person will repeat the same thing that they are processing the deposit since three months. There are multiple users who are facing the same problem with voler cars. TRUST ME , they are hoarding the money from deposits and deceiving the customers.

I had made a booking with VolerCars a week prior to my trip. However my booking was cancelled just a day before my trip and that too without any prior call as to the problem. It was really unsatisfactory and i would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid VolerCars and go for Revv!

I am giving one star to Voler cars since google does not allow reviews without rating stars. Honestly Volercars does not deserve a single star. I am visiting India after 4 years and had planned a week trip from Delhi starting on 25th of November and had booked a car rental with Volercars. The booking was cancelled by them on 25th November early morning when I was mid flight to Delhi. I found out about the cancellation once I arrived in Delhi with my family and needless to say I was stranded. I had elderly family members travelling with me and it was impossible to get another car at such a short notice. My trip was postponed because of Volercars. They have not yet refunded us and their cutsomer care reps has no empathy for anything. In short, Volercar took our money and totally ruined our trip. PLEASE DONOT RENT CAES FORM VOLERCARS.

V bad experience... They charged fine of 5000 rupees for an already dented car. When I argued it was already present. They say u should have made video of the car while taking recieving the vehicle. It's ur fault u have to pay 5000/- fine. I repeatedly requested that the dent was already there....they did not agree...

I would never recommend any one to take service of Volar Car delhi

worst company. unfortunately made a booking. They cancelled it before an hour only and it's around 1 and half month passed but still i m waiting for the refund.
They ruined my trip.

They spoiled my whole trip And haven't even given the refund yet.
Is a very bad company. Very poor staff.
Please do not book with them

Fraud company. Incompetent staff. They give you cars in poor conditions. Neither they provide you road side assistance. I'd rather suggest you to cancel your trip instead of renting their trash cars
