I'm working with Concentrix (Building 14, DLF Cyber City) since March 2017. I would say this is the perfect company for freshers because you will learn alot about how business works. Ups & Downs of business.

Things I Love about Concentrix:

1- Company's Integrity about taking care of it's employees job security. Even on Covid's lockdown, i was at home for 55 days without any work but i was still paid.
2- Company's environment & good upper management leadership.
3- Building location. It's easily accessible from Delhi/Gurgaon and nearby Cyber Hub.
4- You are always heard.

Things they should improve:

1- Concentrix is not a good paymaster, atleast at an advisor level. That's why most of the people leave and that create attrition in the company.
2- Growth opportunity is there but at a very slow speed.
3- They don't provide both side cabs but they do provide Shuttle/Bus services for west delhi employees from Dwarka Sector 9.

Overall, i would certainly recommend you Concentrix if you are looking for a Stable career. If job security is your aim, you've come to a right place.

The best place to work for making your career and to get growth, moreover you will get chances to promote and will get a good salary hike on every year basis. The best part is is that did you provide one side cab and transportation allowance as well.

The place of the building is owesome and good environment contain. It is surrounded by many colourful ornaments and plants which are refreshing and nice to look at. As we have enter the room, we saw many rooms and surrounding were clean as well-managed. I notice that the office was clean, floors properly polished and wings were well-arranged.

The company provides good experience to the interns and there infrastructure is also very good. Those who want to success in corporate world should apply for an internship at CNX
