Enough space and trainers are friendly and always helpful. They just do not train you for initial few days like other gymnasium, they are always watching you and if you are not doing exercise as per correct posture they will correct you.

Nice equipment. Sometimes it is a bit crowded. Trainers are really helpful. They even make a personal work out plan for everyone

Awesome place to workout..Pavan Bhai and other instructors are great motivated me to loose weight..and...I did shed 20 kgs....miss going to this gym as I shifted to waghodia from chhani
