The manager - Sandeep helped me get my courier stuck in his warehouse for 5 days due to section 144 imposed in Sohna and internet services stopped. The Sohna delhivery center contacted the warehouse (Mr. Sandeep) on my behalf as I was relentless with them due to the nature of my parcel being perishable. I agreed to collect the parcel directly from the Gurgaon facility instead of waiting for home delivery which could have been delayed by another 4-5 days. It was possible mostly because of my own efforts but I got amazing support and cooperation from all the delhivery staff. Very pleased, well done!
