My stay at hotel comet was an experience I'll treasure forever. Nestled in a picturesque setting, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The real gem, however, is the host, Sahil Dey .

From the moment I arrived, sahil's warmth and hospitality shone through. He possesses an uncanny ability to anticipate guests' needs, often going above and beyond to ensure comfort. His knowledge of the local area is unparalleled, offering bespoke advice on dining and sightseeing that enhanced my stay significantly.

The Hotel itself is a haven of tranquility. My room boasted elegant decor, a plush bed, and many more amenities . The attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities was faultless.

Sahil's team reflects his commitment to excellence, with every staff member displaying professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. The food was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients prepared exquisitely.

But it's Sahil's personal touches that set this Hotel apart. Whether it was arranging a surprise birthday cake for a fellow guest or his daily greetings with a genuine smile, he made us feel more like cherished friends than guests.

In conclusion, Hotel Comet, under sahil's exceptional stewardship, isn't just a hotel – it's an experience that enriches the soul. I left with memories I'll cherish and a yearning to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stay that combines luxury with a personal touch.

The host was wonderful, i stayed here for two days , cleaning, laundry all were clean, loved it and in future will book here only. Nice atmosphere

I booked terrace hall for my daughter's birthday celebration on 31/08/2023. After seeing the review, I was very much sceptic in continuing the servicing from hotel even after paying the advance booking fee.
But their manager Naveen convinced me and he explained the issue about why and when customers have given bad reviews.
Personally my experience was awesome. Food was served based on the menu selected by me and all were served hot and fresh. Ambience was beautiful and specially the outer hall looks fantastic with artificial greenery. And the hotel is beautifully located on outer ring road. Reception is superb. I would say it was worth for the cost incurred.
Note: Some of my guests used the plate twice, but Naveen ensured that those many plates are added without any extra cost. Thank you Naveen :)

Improvement areas:
1. The starters could have been served to all the guest when they were waiting for the cake cutting at their seat.
2. Lighting can be improved in the outer terrace hall which were dim for photography.

Loved the hotel premises , the management was super. The host was wonderful 👍 cleaning and room maintenance was too good.

The Place and the rooms are really good at this price. The staff is very polite. The food they have in their restaurant is really tasty and the prices are good just that the service is little slow. The room cleaning service is good. The hotel is directly on the Outer Ring Road so very accessible, the aesthetic is good as well

I visited this restaurant by chance. The reception area is fine but the restaurant needs some refitting. The staff were polite and helpful. We did not order much except some juices and tea which were all good.

Celebrated both haldi and marriage ceremony in this hotel. Quite happy with the service and food. Raju and his staff was quite supportive. He took care of everything like food serving from breakfast to dinner on time, music system and other arrangements. It went smoothly. Some rooms are also spacious.

Let's get real. For a 2k to 3k per day priced property it cannot get better than this. You cannot compare with Taj or ITC and leave a bad review. I found the place good value for money. Great location opposite Kala Mandir, clean and tidy reception, a neat lift that takes you to the required floor, tidy corridor and a value for money room for the price. Yes, the room could have done with a minor paint touch up job here and there but it didn't feel dirty in any way. I am an NRI mind you so my tolerance is not super great generally. Hot water off the tap 24/7 - takes a while though and Aircon that works. Basic toiletries available. After hours time hotel allowed us to order in food via Swiggy. Staff arr super nice and helpful 24/7. So no issues there either....All in all, great value for money.

It was nice dealing with comet. Had a great experience, we have celebrated my baby's first birthday. Food was also excellent. More than expected. Thank you.

I organised my son’s birthday party in the banquet hall. It was very spacious and ambiance was family friendly. Staff was very cooperative. Food served was fresh and tasty!!

I did not stay at the hotel, but I had chosen Comet's restaurant - The rooftop restobar.
The food was amazing. Ordered Chicken 65 - The star dish, a good side with a pint of Heineken, Palak Paneer - reminded me of a warm hug from mum and Chicken Shahi Korma - the not so spicy, rich gravy that would go with any kind of Indian bread and rice. Ordered Garlic naan - An Indian bread topped with minced garlic and it went with all the above listed dishes. Was an absolute delight. A peaceful place with great service and worth recommending. Cheers guys. Keep it up.

Location is the only advantage here, Rooms are OK, still can be improved. Food taste was delicious.
