I joined in month of February 2022 weighing 95.5 kg under Personal Training of Ali sir. After 3.5 months of training, I was able to loose 16 kg without any protein intake. Credit goes to Ali sir who has been the driving force, best trainer n under his guidance I am slowly getting back to my shape.
