It's been 2 months since I joined this gym that offers both group fitness classes and personal training services. I have been extremely impressed with the overall experience.

The gym itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a wide variety of equipment. The group fitness classes are challenging and fun, and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. The personal training sessions have been particularly beneficial for me. My trainer Mr. Yash Gandhi takes the time to understand my goals and designs a workout plan that is tailored to my needs. He is also very supportive and encouraging. With his training session, I lost 10 kgs.

The staff at the gym is friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions I have and provide guidance on how to use the equipment. The gym also has a great community atmosphere, and I have met some really nice people during my time there.

Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience. The combination of group fitness classes and personal training has been a great way for me to stay motivated and achieve my fitness goals. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

As per my review facility is ok not good, as a performance of trainer only 3 trainers Pradeep sir, Himanshu sir , Vivek sir have ability to trained people. As my opinion once in months please visit the tarsali location must.

I really love this place..... Its been 1.5 month since i hav joined and hav lost 3.5 kg...my personal coach is a gem.... In fact all the staffs are very supporting and motivating..... Good ambience.... 👌👌👌🙏

A place where you can go in morning at 6 and you will still be able to do your workout! Trainers are amazing and guiding well when needed. They have updated their equipments which is good. Activities like Zumba, Yoga & Abs classes held every week.

You can consider this place as it is worth!!!

I think these is the best gym Vadodara i am from 4 months in that gym and experience that the tarnier are so friendly but not cheat with there work personay i tell that if you want to be perfect then join it😊

Because trainers are highly educated plus they take care of each individual ...which means they have good management team within them.

And yes weight loss can be easily achieved by following their proper guidance
