He teaches every workout with good technique and gives personal attention also . Manager Mr Mayur Dodiya is also very supporting& co operative with clients. This is the only gym in entire Gujarat having sand box fitness.

Very focused and committed in fitness industry of Vadodara also they have very good & experienced trainers guiding to better at gym and as well as outside about health. They also keep on organizing many extra curriculum activities. Guys it's s great to workout in this gym.

We ended up selecting 24/7 Universal as we were very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the gym and also by the friendliness of the manager Narvekar and his team. They had a very good selection of both cardiovascular and resistance equipment. All the gym instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful.
