I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Anaya Gogoi during a three-year braces treatment. My trust in her to correct my dental issues turned out to be a costly mistake.
1. Incomplete Treatment: Despite a significant investment of time and money, my bite and gaps were left unaddressed. Dr. Gogoi declared my braces treatment finished without completing the necessary procedures.
2. Full Payment, No Results: The entire treatment fee was collected upfront, but the promised results were never delivered. This has left me with unresolved dental issues and a considerable financial loss.
3. Unprofessional Behavior: Expressing concerns about gaps and alignment issues was met with anger from Dr. Gogoi instead of a professional response.
4. Wasted Time, Money, and Energy: Travelling from Arunachal to Assam for appointments, only to receive subpar treatment, has been an immense waste of time, money, and energy.
5. Loss of Before-and-After Pictures: When inquired about my treatment progress through pictures, Dr. Gogoi dismissively claimed to have lost them, further eroding any trust.

Overall Experience: My overall experience with Dr. Anaya Gogoi has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, incomplete treatment, and unethical practices have left me both physically and financially drained.

Recommendation: I strongly caution anyone considering orthodontic treatment with Dr. Anaya Gogoi. My experience underscores serious doubts about her commitment to ethical practices and patient well-being.

Beware Don't trust blindly. Seems inexperienced and unprofessional and this is vis personal experience . He Pulled out my tooth forcibly which could have easily been saved by root canal , and every dentist I met after that points to this fact that there was no need to pull out the healthy tooth which now cost me to go for costly implants. Extractions are easiest and quickest way of making money for some dentists , always have
second thoughts and opinions .
