The present manager of the bank Mrs VijayRaj Sinha madam is so dedicated lady and all the work are done by time there is no chance for delay as compared with early days of the bank. All the staff are also good and help their customer as much as possible.

I found madam Vijaya Raj very communicative as she explains all the schemes very effectively and she is also very friendly in nature. she has all the quality to be a excellent managing body. All works are done by time, there is no chance of delay as compared with early days.

I was a pension account holder at SBI dollygunj branch. I hold few FDs with the same branch. I relocated to kerala my hometown few months back and before coming to kerala I had submitted request for branch transfer. The SB account was transferred to my hometown but my FDs are still with the old branch. I had sent several reminder emails to the old branch stating to transfer my FD to my hometown branch and still now it's not processed. Eventhough my hometown branch is in follow up with them but no use.
