One of the oldest railway station in Odisha.
I have been visiting it for more than 25 years now....
It's well maintained and has been developed well as per cleanliness and sophisticated use.
Proud to be it being my home town's station.

Station Code is JSG. A Major railway station of western Odisha.. Nearby Sambalpur District is also dependent on this platform. In an average 130+ trains passes in a day. From kuchinda area many passengers comes to access the platform. Bus stand is close to 300meter. Well connected place. Abd Airport is 5 km distance.

Jharsuguda is very good. I personally love this place. From here we can travel all over the country. We have a domestic airport also

Jharsuguda is the administrative headquarters of Jharsuguda district of Odisha. It is an industrial hub, consisting mainly of metallurgical industries. Jharsuguda is well connected to major cities of India through the rail network, and an airport in being constructed. It is popularly known as the powerhouse of Odisha due to a large number of thermal power plants located nearby.

It is my happy place..... Must visit jharsuguda & if you r interested u can try Anna family dosa over here its the best....

It's a junction. Many trains available for every route. Good and clean station. Wheel chair accessible. Good place to visit. Many factories are there near it. Pasenger and goods train running.

Wow the station is so clean and eco friendly with automated stairs

Very neat and clean entrance. Almost there is no too much rush due to pandemic Covid 19. And the over all facility is available for commuters. Good seating arrangement and other stuff available for all. Somewhere I feel missing of good lighting on platform. Except something rest all are maintaining condition .

It's a really very big place you can also got here a lot of picnic spots like Rampal ka gulabgarh hathi Nala dam belpahar Bajaj Nagar Chandi Mandir there was really awesome places in Jharsuguda
