Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar

Incredible Place! Though we only stayed a night here, the warmth and hospitality reinforced the Marriott tradition that I've grown accustomed to, having stayed at a Marriott property for over a 1,000 nights in the past 30 years. And in locations as diverse as Saint Louis, Toronto, Doha, and Bangkok. Rooms were well maintained, beds were great, restaurant service was impeccable. And of special note is Sukhbaj Singh our chauffeur and guide - We give a 5 star rating. So, if you're in the neighborhood and are looking for a place to stay, look no further!

Kitchen food is awesome. We tried breakfast. Kulcha is delicious and service as well is really good. Must try. Fazal was really helpful to explain and serve. Would definitely bring my family and friends here on my next visit to amritsar. Gym and pool is good. Pool water is not automated for heating. Spa is good as well.

Superb place. Superb hospitality. Feel like I was at my house. Superb breakfast and Dinner. Best Jain food they served all the time. I have never seen such a beautiful Hotel in my life. Each and every staff member is so courteous can not be described in words. I am Thankful to all staff members right from entrance to each and every floor.

Excellent Hotel and well located in Mall Road. Well mannered staff members both at floor level, lobby level and restaurant. The breakfast spread was excellent and offered wide variety of choices. The chefs proactively interact to offer food as per your individual liking. Yummy kulchas , Dosa’s , omelettes etc.

Very nice hotel. Really liked the hospitality. One girl by name Ms Arti was indeed very sweet n decent. Room ws in a very gud condition and wud definetly luv to go back again and stay there..🥰🥰

Overall a good place. Good staff eager to serve. Located centrally I guess, not sure. The rooms are big, gym is good, food seemed ok.

Manisha was very sweet and caring. She took care of us and made us fresh tasty cha during one of our stays here. She was so kind to even provide us with extra tea for the go.

She was so attentive to my parents need and ensured we enjoyed our meals during our breakfast here.

One of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed in. The Breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Special thanks to Somnath & Arshdeep for impeccable housekeeping. Bed n pillows the best that I have come across. In all, an excellent property .

We six members of the family booked 3 rooms in the hotel for two days and arrived early, the staff were very accommodating and let us have a room early to freshen up. The team at the restaurant were very good especially Muskan and Samridhi. We had a good time there.

Rooms were modern and well appointed. Spacious even with 2 double beds.
Rooftop pool / bar / gym all looked good though didn't get a chance to try out.

Amritsar Kitchen restaurant was good and staff helpful. Same with the front desk staff.

Amandeep Singh was very helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. Driver Sukbhaz Singh was excellent over 3 days... drove safely and knowledgeable.

Great rooms. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Hot water is available.
I had inadvertently booked a twin bed room. On my request they kindly upgraded it to a double bed room.
Definitely will come next time.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel!! The service was excellent and staff was suoer friendly and professional. Gurjot was super helpful and professional with the check-in process and giving me information about the places to see in Amritsar. Aman assisted me with transportation and made my experience at ease. Aman was also very kind and caring of my safety. Deep was the driver that showed me around and town and made sure I was safe and comfortable. Deep shared a lot of Amritsar's history with me. Chef Shammi's service was excellent and food was delicious. I had a bit of cough while I was there so Chef Shammi made me a special tea all the days that I was there. Muskaan was such a joy and was very sweet and made sure that I was comfortable. The hotel had great musician that made the experience even more joyful. The rooms were super clean, cozy and comfortable. They made my trip extra special!! Overall, I would give this property above 5 star!!

Stayed at Courtyard for almost a month, and have to stay, the hospitality was top notch. Services, staff especially are so damn sweet and friendly and warm.

Shammi ji, Chef, and his team at the kitchen got us what we asked for like I used to ask my mom at home for Kadi Chaawal and what not. Samriddhi, Kamal, Govind, Ruksaar, and everyone included.

Prashant, Abhinav and everyone at the reception area know their job so well.

Prabhjot and her team at House Keeping, always had my room clean and were there for all us anytime we asked for.

Simar at Vue Bar & Grill was so sweet. Such a nice human. He made my experience at the Marriott the best. Please visit the Marriott just for this experience. I can’t thank him enough ☺

Special mention to excellent room heater in the rooms...
then the rest everything from food, hospitality , front office, cleanliness , rooms, hygene , decor , provison of toiletries , availabity of hot water, hair dryer was all on point... defenietly recommed this place specially in winters... the room heater is great in peak winter season :)

This Restaurant is good 👍👍👍👍 All facilities available in restaurant 👍👍👍Nice comfy and clean rooms. Our family had a pleasant time during our three day stay. It’s a safe location and staff were very courteous. I had some issue during booking but was easily sorted with a phone call during late hours. Keep up the great work!!!!

From the moment we stepped into Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar, it was evident that their commitment to excellence runs deep. Every corner of our room was immaculately maintained, a testament to the dedication and professionalism of the housekeeping staff. Shiv from housekeeping deserves particular acclaim for ensuring our stay was nothing short of outstanding.

The culinary experience was elevated by Chef De Parte Shammi and Chef Lalit. Shammi showcased a remarkable array of flavors, while Chef Lalit displayed unparalleled mastery in crafting the perfect dosas. However, a dining experience isn’t just about the food; it’s also about the ambiance. And Samridhi, with her heartwarming demeanor, made us feel not as guests, but as a part of a larger family.

Front reception exhibited a flair for efficient and cordial service. Komal and Vishra consistently offered assistance with grace. But it was Prashant, with his exemplary service attitude, who left an indelible mark. His proficiency and affability make us wonder why he isn’t the reception manager already. His presence undeniably enhances the front desk operations.

Rounding out the extraordinary team is the security detail at the driveway. Their constant smiles, regardless of the hour, and eagerness to assist in any way possible add a comforting touch to the hotel's entrance.
