We stayed here from 13-14 March 2024. We love the hotel. It was Raja Sansi's palace which is converted to hotel. The hotel design is nice. We booked 1 Junior Suite as we are family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Free upgraded to executive suite. Thank you so much. We love the room, it is so big and spacious. We love the bath tub and bath salt is provided. It is so relaxing. We ate lunch and dinner at level 1 multicuisine restaurant. The food is delicious. Only downside is the breakfast and the pillow. Pillow is too soft. Breakfast is not delicious and not much varieties. The restaurant staff service level is also very low. We were in hurry as we need to go to airport to catch morning flight. But there is no staff to serve us. We need to order from the table for omelette but can't find the staff. The other thing which we love is to be able to see an owl family, nested in one of the very old tree in the hotel area. We were looking for indian restaurant at level 3 but can't find our way there. luckily we met one lady staff and she informed us that the restaurant at level 3 is not open now, will be opened at night time. Not only that, she showed us the family of owl. It was a really nice surprise for our kids. , Overall, our stay is very comfortable. We enjoyed the experience of staying in the palace. And their local chocolate is delicious.

We stayed for couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed the services offered by the hotel. I can’t find a single thing that made us feel less special. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the hotel on Lohri. it's a gorgeous property with stunning interiors which is mix of classical with modernity. My daughter really enjoyed our there including delicious food. We couldn't explore much of pool because of winters. Overall I would say best place to stay if you looking for calm and serenity.

If you are in Amritsar, looking for a 5 star property then I can't recommend anything other than this. I had booked room for two days for my parents however in unfortunate events my mother got ill. Not only they refunded the amount for one day but also helped my parents to nearest hospital. Sent specially prepared jain food for them and were very helpful. ITC has gained me as a loyal customer. Thanks a lot.

Enjoyed each and every dish as well as the deserts. The rooms were well maintained. Staff was so frank. They were literally so helpful. Especially the front office. They were literally helpful and accomodating, mansi helped us alot in showing the way and also she told us about the restraunts and everything. Excellent services and extraordinary services

We visited this hotel for dinner. The property was very well maintained and the food. It was incredible. The staff was good and especially the front office. They were so welcoming and perfect. I will be really visiting to this property for a stay very soon.

I am in this hotel since last two days in room number 3024. All things are good and maintainance like proper cleaning, hygiene, and hotel manager focus on guests like food,drinks etc. Overall I am tell about this hotel is good. must say that it is good in every respect, be it food, decoration or ambiance.It impressed me in every way.

Staying there was an incredible experience. We were on a long religious road trip, and it was fantastic to see how helpful the staff was. Mansi, who was at the front desk, was really compassionate and helpful, making the process and stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Nice, relaxing and pleasant stay, very friendly staff, breakfast food menu variety of options, food is very delicious. Property located near to airport, commute is very easy to visit near by tourist places.

TRULY amazing experience. this is my favorite hotel to stay when ever i visit Amritsar. This time it was a family visit. The entire staff is very well trained and experienced. Polite, courteous and understanding service from room service to front desk. The breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Samir Pandita and his team for making our family stay so memorable. The food and beverage manager Mr. Vineet and his entire team were very helpful in accommodating our dietary requirements. Front desk manager Mr. Prem handled our booking, checkin n checkout process very well. Will definitely recommend and come back again!

The only improvement i would suggest is the wifi. its a bit spotty and speed can be slow. other than that excellent experience.

Staying there was an incredible experience. My Brothers wife ( bhabi ji ) is came india first time from england. I booked this hotel for her she say it was fantastic to see how helpful the staff was. Mansi, who was at the front desk, was really compassionate and helpful, making the process and stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. And the view of property is awesome price is also affordable its best to stay here rooms are so so so beautiful and comfortable

I had a nice experience staying there rooms are awesome, as well as services. I used to make portrait tutorials on YouTube and Instagram so I need to connected with my followers all the time and thanks to the wifi service there I'm able to share my tutorial videos.
