Royal Enfield Service Center - Company Service Center

I’ve been going through excellent service for my bikes which Classic 350 and Himalayan in this service centre. Special mention to Mr Keshav who is the service coordinator who really takes good care of my darlings, keeps me posted with every minute details and makes no mistake. Kudos to the team 👍👍✌✌

Absolutely amazing service by Mr. Uday (The Manager). Extremely genuine workshop, especially since it's a company outlet. The staff was also very cooperative. Please search for Mr. Uday, the Manager. He'll make sure the bike gets thoroughly serviced.

My go-to place to get my RE Interceptor serviced. They always do it in time and provide very professional service. The technicians know what they are doing and they have some SOPs in line for every service to prevent any major issues later (like handle wobble or relay issues). Numbers are always shared and they are very very responsive. Always pre book your service slot and then go

I am happy with my Meteor 350 service with RE company store, this time my experience was overwhelmingly handled well by Service Advisor Vishnu. And I always appreciate Mr. Sham for his help and support with my queries and issues to be resolved or handled on priority. I would say better be patient as they handle more than 100 bikes and sometimes they are also human and make errors. Give them a chance and they ensure it is all done and completed without further complaints

Service is excellent, they would describe the issue, what caused it and what is the resolution to it. Kesav Raj, the Service Manager has assisted us every time, it's been 2years now and I am very happy with the services.

I had given my bike on 30th November.. mr Siddiq Muhammed was quick to address...my issue He must be the Youngest in their team.. but his experience surpass others.. he jog down my issue and made sure my bike is deliver before time.. more power to your team and mr Siddik

Had fantastic experience at this service center. Got fuel pump and other things replaced. Special thanks to Mr. Vishnu for patiently listening to all the queries and solving them on time. Definitely recommend.

I been part of the weekend ride to Masinagudi.. it was a superb experience!!!
Satish bro organised it and took care of everything soo well..
From route map to rooms and buffet everything was well sorted..
It was a very peaceful ride and would like join the team more and more in the coming days..
