It is a very luxury hotel and restaurant. The food here tastes awesome. It has a very quiet atmosphere. It was a great experience.

Excellent hotel in Jabalpur. Visited here many times. The staff is very polite. Hust 5-10 min away from the railway station.

I stayed last week, which is very nice place. Property is very beautifull near railway station , best choice for stay ,but the food is tasty so i recommend eating there itself.

I have visited all restaurants in Jabalpur and I must say the food is very good. As I am from Jabalpur so don't get a chance to stay in this hotel but I have checked the room. It was awesome clean and well maintained.

I went to Jabalpur with my 84 years old mother to meet our old neighbours and family friends. I stayed at Narbada Jacksons Hotel from March 23-26, 2019. The staff especially the front Managers Mr. Piyush and Mr. Sanjiv took a great care of us. The room 103 was spacious, clean, quite and close to breakfast area. Room service was quick and efficient. All the other staff members were extremely courteous and helpful in fulfilling our needs.

Pick up and Drop off from the railway station was smooth. My mother and myself enjoyed the ambiance.The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and had a varied and healthy choices.

Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay a memorable one.

The hotel is located very close to the railway station so if you are travelling by train it's the best place to stay. The staff was very helpful, my husband wasn't well and when I asked for help they not only opened their backgate for us and an employee also accompanied us to the doctor's clinic. We tried soup on both the days we stayed there..it was amazing.

Bhai...mere taraf se toh...highly recommended hai! Hospitality was unparalleled. Rooms were spacious and maintained spic and span. Gym was maintained in good condition...though I was the solo person working out all 3 days of my stay. Swimming pool was also pretty clean...had it been temperature controlled it'd have been swell (..I know it's asking for too much!). There are 3 restaurants in the same campus: Back-In-Time, 19th Century Lounge and Asanzo. Asanzo delivers only veg fast food. For hard core non-veg buffs the other 2 are good...for starters I'd recommend Chicken Chote Nawab and Chicken Banjara..something..menu dekh lena..abhi yaad nai aa raha. For dessert Jackson Special Sundae Ice cream is a must have!!

the restaurant is also good and served all types of cuisine. Room size is average but infra is old.

It is close to Railway Station, High Court and the first hotel of city if you are coming from Airport.

A real hidden jewel ! An excellent place to stay. Polite, helpful and always available staff. Spacious ( huge) , very nice furniture and aesthically done interiors.

One of the finest hotels one could choose when on a visit to Jabalpur. The ambience, food, service is all impeccable. Their room service is one of the most efficient that we experienced. The GM Mr Pillai and Manager Gibi are outstanding in being courteous and give personal attention to any requirement that the guests raise. We had a mini school get together by the poolside and the arrangements and service provided by the Hotel was excellent. A must return Hotel when visiting Jabalpur again
