Clothes are not cleaned properly, person who takes care of order seems least interested in listening to your query. Clothes are not cleaned / dry- cleaned properly and ironned.. this has happened twice in this store

Horrendous dry cleaning:
1) Clothes come back stinking of cardboard
2) Delicate items/items prone to shrinkage come back warped
3) Colours run, stains are not completely removed.

My family and me have completely stopped giving them our clothes.
