This Dental Hospital is only for Servicemen and Ex Servicemen. It provides all the basic oral health needs. Dental Caps are not available. The doctors and the staff are courteous

First, I wanted to say ,the doctors are very skilled and professional and are very good in nature .
The problem is with the staff , there is some sequence or line in which patients will have to wait for their turn .
I am a young male (just wanted to clarify ) and my 5 visits to this place is very bad . In my all visits I am waiting from 8 am to 12 pm for my turn and everytime some people are coming and cutting the line in between and getting the treatment.
And I am just frustrated .
And some mother's with their kids are also cutting the line .
When I tell the staff about this then they say , it's just a small matter and it will not take more than 5 minutes.
I respect people but the respect should be mutual .
When I was a kid , shopkeeper would ignore me and would Let older guys to buy the item.

I have tears in my eyes while writing this .

Just because I am young male I should wait for long hours .
Girls , kids, aunties,uncles all are getting preferential treatment and young guys like me are told to wait long .
I just vented out of frustration.

I wanted to clarify, there is no fault of the doctors. I see the doctors are working continuously for long hours .
The staff need to be trained .
I hope this reach the concerned authority.
