Wow what a trainer in Girish Gym..I like the way they tech technique to burn your FAT...Thank you very much To My trainer Nani(MK) Best Trainer for your workouts...He had everything has technique to it. So if there's something you wanna try out, I think it's always good to get a trainer or listen to people who know what they're doing.

Girish sir is friendly and this gym os affordable and accessible to every not the best but max with necessary equips lack of Ac conditioning makes hard to do workouts and feel exhaust and unintrested but as per budget veiw it is very good value for 💰
