Bank of Baroda ATM

I’m an international student in Bangalore, I’ve been suffering to open a bank account so i can go safe and cashless but my problem were seemed to impossible to solve!
Where ever bank i go they were asking me for an adhaar card and a pan card knowing that I’m a foreigner I cannot apply for an adhaar card so how i can open a bank account ?
Hopelessly i went to the bank of baroda, they welcomed me and they listened to me and to my problem in a professional and supportive way!
Now I applied for my saving bank account and I’m waiting for the activation!

Update on 23 aug 2022: one of the great bank with great customer service. Yes govt organization can also be great if they can attract, train and keep great people.

Unique staff, never seen before. I went there to open an account and they asked me why do I want to open another bank account if I already have one. BoB is a good bank but this branch staff need to learn business etiquettes.

Very poor customer experience , staff rude behaviour, cheque book and card delivery service very bad. No one cares much over there.
