Been there two times within a span of two weeks for test drive for one of their low selling car Jimny. Actually the sales man confirmed both times that we have test drive mt available.
Second time he asked me to go their stockyard for test drive. We went in my car as they dont have convenyance available. After reaching there, we got to know its not in stockyard, need to go to another showroom.
I had already enough. So i came back and dropped my plan to buy Jimny
Prior to that i have booked in month of July before launch to another Nexa Amar Cars Genda Circle
And got a 1 km test drive in full traffic.. asked for more. They said you cant go further than that. I couldn’t even enage fourth gear..
So wake up Nexa and Maruti. Dont know what they are upto

My review was taken up by Nexa seriously. They planned and gave me ample opportunity for the test drive and sorted out all concerns and issues. I was happy enough to buy jimny by them. So happy to be owner of Jimny and dealt with Nexa Kataria. Special thanks to Devesh from Nexa.

It all started with my visit to Nexa Kalali. As I am a doctor and running a busy schedule, I reached at the showroom at 7.50 pm
They were closing the showroom but I was welcomed with smile by Mr Vivek. I was in 2 minds to go for Fronx or Baleno, but he explained me everything abouth both the cars and as it is our second car, we decided for Baleno. Mr Vivek explained in detail about the features of all Baleno variant. Though Test drive was not possible as It was late. Mr Vivek exchanged his number and assured me Test Drive next day.

The next day, I got a call from Mr Vivek and he came to our place for Test Drive. Test drive experience was also very pleasing with explaination of all the features.
We wanted to go for Exchange of our old car, so Mr Vivek arranged Valuation of the old car and very next day he gave me details of all the costing.

Mr Tejas personally helped me with best possible deal and exchange bonus.

To be honest, I took costing from other Nexa showroom also the same day. Which was a bit lower than Nexa Kalali.

As I was very much happy with the approach of Mr Vivek and Mr Tejas, I wanted to buy a car from them only. So I conveyed the prize difference to Mr Tejas and Mr Vivek. Mr Tejas took personal interest for the same and helped me with the best competitive prize.

The most important thing for us was the car delivery on a specific date and specific time bcs of our rituals.
But Mr Tejas out of the way helped for the delivery on our desired time.
Delivery process was very smooth and pleasent with personal care by Nexa Kalali Manager.

Overall a wonderdul experience with Nexa Kalali Team, especially Mr Vivek, Mr Tejas and The Valuation Guy (I forgot his name)

Nexa Maruti (Kataria) referred me to Mr. VanRaj in October 2022. I was looking for a car for my wife that has an economical running cost. A journey began with Nexa (Kataria) when I inquired about the Grand Vitara Strong Hybrid. It was better than my experience with other brands when I went to many showrooms for different options, but I got answers to all my questions when needed. This helps me to be quick on booking the car.
In December, I received a call about Indent, and they took my agreement if I wanted to purchase a car in December. Once I was approved, I received regular updates from Vanraj and his team, but I was still a little confused, so I visited Nexa's showroom 5-7 times in 15 days to clear my confusion. I was welcomed with the same energy and smile every time I visited. My repetitive questions are answered without hesitation.
The work on delivery was completed very quickly, and the manager, staff, and Vanraj all provided outstanding service and support.
