Staff is highly irresponsible, from guard to manager. Mr. Murlidhar and Mr. Dinesh Verma are two most rude and irresposbile and persons of the bank.
The staff is given target to get funds to the bank( to get FDs and new bank accounts) for which they make misleading information and later on when the customer wants to make withdrawals the above mentioned employees misbehave and make bad comments to the customer. While on duty hours the above mentioned employees are always found playing with their mobile phones....

यह बैंक इतनी अच्छी है मथुरा शहर की सबसे चुनिंदा बैंक है कि एक किस्त रुकने पर गाड़ी खड़ी करवा लेती है और बाकी गाड़ियों का भी नंबर निकाल देती है रिकवरी वालों के पास
मेरे इस बैंक में खाते 2013 से चल रहे हैं आज तक मुझे कभी इतनी परेशानी नहीं आई पर अब 2022 में इतनी परेशानी कर रही है यह बैंक बहुत ज्यादा मेरी 4 जुलाई की किस्त और 12 जुलाई को मेरी गाड़ी इन्होंने रुकवा के खड़ी करवा दी
