F45 is a awesome place to workout.The trainers are exceptional and the overall vibe is really great.The workouts are always new and engaging,pushing you to the limit and i have personally noticed the consistent increase of my body strength.Its really motivating to get trained as a team and at the same time to have trainers that help you with individual nutritious diet plans and bmi monitoring. We have a fun and energy packed sunday zumba/dance sessions for every two weeks . I would definitely recommend this gym to friends as i personally lose 14kg yet has noticed really good improvement in my strength and flexibility."Team training,Life changing"

It's not a place for Dumbells and heavy lifting. It's a heavenly place for pure ,natural workout routine's. Also It's kind of expensive. But the community here is awesome and also the trainers here.

Had a good experience.. very good if you want to be physically and mentally fit... had to left it in 35 days because of my job transfer.. highly recommended... may cost a bit high however F45 worth it.
