I purchased full 2 bathroom fittings from this place. It takes more than a month to deliver items and that too in pieces. Items are never complete and any screw you purchase later is lot expensive. Kohler has given lots of freedom to it's dealers. I purchased an hanging tap which hangs from cieling. The length of the tap is very small and you will definitely need extension which when you buy later on is expensive and takes time to reach. I felt unhappy with the services. Long list to describe other problems.
