ICICI Bank,Gollapudi branch is very Hygiene and cleanly maintained atmosphere, they have both ATM and Banking it's not too crowded so it won't take much time to complete u'r banking and the staffs are very hospitality [Mr.Obulesh is very much kind enough to help you].

It's good. Staff keep on changing frequently, which at times causes dismay to those who are acquainted to someone. Knowledge level of staff on the banks products is very limited. Overall behavior is good but for discerning customers they need to have some Relationship Managers unlike in other banks.

This ATM door is not closed completely making it accessible for outsiders to peek in.
I accessed this ATM in the morning 4:45AM today...guess what...no watchman...AC is not functioning properly. Kindly improve these points.

Worst experience in my life... Friends plz don't forget to ask counterfoil after depositing money... They are not giving counterfoil. I deposited amount and posting to account was successfully done. After 3hours they called and created nonsence saying that posting was done my mistake without taking money... Be careful... And you guys please maintain continuous capturing cameras instead of motion cameras at your locations...

I applied since 4 months back for current account with partner ship firm... still the branch team unable open the account, i already comprinted to branch head also , there no outcome.... very poor service... no one has responsibility on job...

They have counter for issuing loans, but they don’t have loan closing facility.

NRI services not good at this branch.
