One of the best gym around tarnaka area. Been going there regularly for a month now, super helpful staff, equipment is in amazing condition.
One con is that due to it popularity it ends being crowded most of the time which might result in a slower workout however because of the crowd the community at the gym is very vibrant.
Additional points for being open till 3pm on Sundays and 10pm for the rest of the week.

One the best fitness centre in Hyderabad city. Very well maintained and adhering to all safety norms during this pandemic. Staff is very courteous and available for support round the clock. Would strongly recommend if some one is really looking for an overall great experience and ambience.

One of the best gyms i’ve been to in Hyderabad. The staff is very professional and helpful, my favourite trainer being Sarita Ajit. She has a lot of knowledge and is very approachable.
The gym is hygienic and follows strict covid protocols.
All in all the atmosphere is perfect and safe to workout.

One of the best gyms I have ever visited in Hyderabad city.The trainers/coaches are certified,experienced, professional and courteous including all the staff members.My favourite coach being Ms Sarita Ajit and Mr Rahman Mohd. This Place is just amazing to learn martial arts. It has the best equipment than any other MMA gym in Hyderabad. Most importantly coaches here are highly experienced. From basis to advance, coaches here cover every aspect of the game. If you want to be a pro fighter and take your game to next level than this is the place for you.

As per the receptionist, he said they have stopped MMA permanently. So anyone who is looking forward , please check other available options.

Been a member here for 6months now. Love this gym. They have a wide variety of equipments, both free weights and machines, a seperate squat/deadlift rack, and excellent trainers. It's always well maintained too. Highly recommended.

Hands down, best choice I've ever made training at Inner strength. very friendly and super supportive team. Many facilities, top equipment and great environment which is always clean n well maintained.

The overall vibe is great and had amazing experience from past 1and half year.

My experience in this gym has been exemplary . During these times of the pandemic the gym has taken extra precaution to operate in slots and work in a manner, making the gym very safe. At the same time, helping the clients to train comfortably. I love coming here as the fear of the pandemic seems to be non existent. The trainers are very helpful and it feels like home.

This gym has proved to be one of the best gyms in the Tarnaka-Habsiguda region. The equipment is really up to the mark and the trainers are very friendly. The Heightened trainer Ayaz is a very kind person and is always available for help. So is the other guy, guess his name is Rashid.

The wide range of cardiovascular equipment & the expansive space is a treat for fitness enthusiasts. The stair master, Arctic trainers& especially the treadmills are an asset first training.

If you stay in Tarnaka, this is the only place where the gym is spacious place. The trainers are really amazing with equipment at par with the best gyms in the city. You have enough space to workout and do floor exercises too. I have joined this gym last week and the staff is really encouraging ; they offer good scheme's too.
