Fortune Park Vellore

First class service. As a solo traveller I often feel lonely. So it was an unexpected delight to find ALL of the staff at the Fortune Vellore exceptional at making me feel as if I was at a home from home, making me fee part of the "family." From the Front Desk, to F&B, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to make me and my stay feel extra special.

This is one of the best hotels of Vellore. Rooms and in general complete hotel premises are quite posh and well maintained. Location is also pretty good. Best part is the roof top Sky dining restaurant.

It’s seems some of you had bad experiences but I was not one of them . I had a good one . There were small issues like not enough hangers etc. But overall good .

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. They have a rooftop dining as well as a multi-cuisine dining place inside. My only pet peeve is that their food is very bland (for Indian standards of course) and south Indian Vegetarian options are limited. You wouldn't expect this of all places inside Tamilnadu.

Esha and nagma service is good. We like the service very much. Excellent performance

Got a room on the 6th floor with an excellent view.

A nice washroom and toiletries were provided. Each room also has a weighing scale.

Our stay was for only a brief period (day time)

Function hall amenities were good. It was freezing cold in the Garuda Hall.

All in all the food was good and the place is clean

Excellent place to stay with family !! Very safe and secure!! Staffs are very courtisious!! Food is amazing !! You can try Sky dinning in the evenings!!! Swimming pool and Spa are well maintained and very experienced staff!! You can try the Gym as well.

I have gone multiple times to this place with my husband. I’ve always enjoyed the faculties and privacy they have given us. It’s like a different world when we go inside. They have tried to cope the ITC standards. The breakfast buffet is huge and the staff there is extremely polite. I hope to go once again and enjoy long stay there.

Nice place in Vellore, with kind and friendly staff.
Have a good Breakfast and international kitchen for dinner.
Is available the Sky dining, is a plus.

Property is ok but the services and hospitality is really good and amazing. They have an employee name Durba, she handles the reception services. So when I was checking in, M/s Durba was assisting me, suddenly one lady not very young while leaving the hotel got banged by the main door glass accidentally, out of embarrassment she didn’t say anything and walked out. Everyone in the hall saw this. But M/s Durba, she called up the services and said please run and offer some water to the lady which No one thought of it for that moment. I was very impressed with this, though it was small but these small small things impresses you about the services. Even for my stay, there were lot of instances where
M/s Durba and other people in the staff really corporated. I am really impressed with the hospitality of this hotel which these days, you don’t find in 5- stars. Thank you guys for making our stay pleasant.

Hotel is really sophisticated. Check in was quick. We were given a upgrade ,the room was spotless clean, comfy. Breakfast was delicious and nice spread, nice and attentive staff too. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, Housekeeping staff were very prompt too. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Will certainly want to stay again. Thank you.

We spent 5 days here last week, and if was a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean. They have a decent pool that the kids enjoyed. The location is great. The service was even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mahalakshmi who made sure we were well taken care off even on her day off.
The only area that needs improvement is their food. The in-room dining menu shows many options but they don't have most of them..the breakfast buffet was decent, but lacked variety. We enjoyed the soft fluffy idlis and their delicious chutneys.

Staff a presentable, polite and attentive.

The rooms are huge, very well equipped, with numerous plug sockets around the room if needed.

If I had to be critical, it would be about the gym only, which is small, with a limited selection of equipment (especially if you like free weights). There a plans to relocate the gym to another larger space in the future.

I look forward to my next stay here.

Good hotel for family, large rooms and great facilities, room service, house keeping teams are very caring. Huge buffet breakfast which is part of the accommodation, otherwise food price is quite unreasonable. Gopal and Umesh were at our service all the times.

The best Hotel in Complete city Include Katpadi & Vellore. Location, ambiance & Room were good.

Only one issue i felt is resturant people need more training. They doesn't have proper knowledge and experience about handling operation. Sorry to share but they charged buffet cost for 5yr old kid. I mean seriously 😳.

Rooms: decent sized rooms for 2,with comfortable double beds, sitting chairs, adequately supplied hot beverage options and a mini fridge etc. Special mention for the rest room, neatly designed with a change room to begin, then the wash & closet area with individual door.

A special mention to the swimming pool area. Well planned and maintained.

Service: courteous staff, timely delivery of orders

It was a pleasure to stay in Fortune park Vellore suite. Room service was great good wifi speed. Also Hill side massive window attractive. The food is also very tasty and Delicious. Mini Bar full with Drinks if you are interested you can go for it but the price is a little bit high but Ok for this place. I am grateful to Thank you to all Fortune Park Vellore community for providing stays in the COVID pandemic only for one day because my flight cancelled for some reason and that time other hotels refused to check in but only Fortune Park Vellore accepted. Thank you Fortune Park Vellore for your great hospitality at that time.. really that was unforgettable.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained.Decent pool gym and spa . Complimentary breakfast was excellent though there is room for improvement in some areas . Overall we had a pleasant stay and kids also had a great time I would surely recommend this place .
