Sheik Ahmed, the room service person is very friendly and helpful. Special mention has to be made of chef Pusparaj who took very good care of us and prepared food keeping in mind the allergies and restrictions that we had. It was definitely a comfortable stay. Will surely stay here next time we visit. Our room no was 309.

Rhis is my second stay in Benzz Park and my stay was comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. The room service team led my manager Madan are very prompt in their service. Special mention to staff Sheikh Ahmed for his excellent customer service, politeness and promptness.

The Benz Park is one good place to stay in Vellore.
Their breakfast is also very good. Service at bf was made very easy. Pretty lady Gautami made the breakfast more pleasant by taking good care of us.

Had a wonderful one day stay at this place. Rooms are spacious and premium and service was good. Breakfast so good we enjoyed food and service , in restaurant Mr.vijayanad manager he's taking care us well, Room service order we received on time and food is hot and tasty,

Really i am glad to write this review. The benz park vellore is much improved then in last six months and actually staff are sopolite and friendly in there ways. Like to comment about hotel rooms and there facillites and they are maintaining in old fashioned way which is mind blowing and really good when you entered the hotel first greet by door man and bell boy that's what resembles star category and huge reception desk and lobby which is adjacent coffee shop and each floor as waiting area with leather couch and why I like to point all now days even 5star deluxe not bothering about any of these they just wanna focus on the room and how much smart technology they can bring inside the room. It's really not required by every guest need professional and friendly staff who can be more friendly with the people and cherished the moment with there hospitality more than a smart or Ai technologies which can be done by" Alexa". Really had a good time receptionist are more friendly and warmfull.

Located at the center of the city. Rooms are good. Tariff is on the costly side but book through an online portal which costs 30% less.
Shakti, receptionist is good during check-in and check-out. Pradheep bell boy is good at handling baggage.
The team at valet parking is good in handling vehicles.

Great hospitality, Vey very tasty food preparation. All the menu items are very good. Our corporate meeting held soo good at roover hall. Every one is more flexible. Ms.Priya, Mr.Lakshmipathy (FnB) and team gave very good service. Thanks to everyone and wish to continue your service.

The food selections and taste combination were very helpful.

This is the first time visit to Benzz parkfor a family function at jaguar hall. The experience was fantastic and the food was great. Mr. Lakshmipathy is the coordinator who taken care all of our demands. Over all worth for money if you are looking for conducting family function in a grand manner.

Ms gowthami served us as a very pleasent and good posture and the food was so amazing,had a nice experience

A nice good hotel.
Its proximity to CMC vellore is the thing which i loved.
Convenience is easily available,
And reaching within the city is very easy.
BREAKFAST: good and south indian cuisine
ROOMS: Spacious and comfy but old since the hotel has seen its days.
FOOD : good but can be better
AMBIENCE : The best thing about the hotel is its Gym and PooL.
BAR: below average.
PARKING: nice
Parking space available and service is ok.
The guards here are particularly very sincere.
Definately not a 4 star but above than 3 star hotel.
