Kamaliya Garden Restaurant

We had been to Virudhunagar for an Interview and found this place from Google, we decided to have lunch here,

You need to take the service road to reach this place, the entrance was small and we didn't expect what we were to witness

They have a beautiful garden restaurant one can imagine at Virudhunagar, in fact one the best I have visited in Tamilnadu,

You get to experience having food in a bamboo hut which can accommodate 5 to 6 members easily, even if you you are a couple you will have one since they have more than 10 to 15 bamboo huts, apart from this they have AC dining and a typical restaurant style bamboo furnished dining as well, everything from the garden to the waiters were neat,

Coming to the food, it was as good as their ambience, we ordered soup, Chicken biryani, Kulcha, Naan, chicken 65, chicken tikka, Mushroom Masala, paneer manchurian and falooda,

Everything that we ordered were tasty, chicken biryani was made from Basmati rice and was the best we had in Madurai and Virudhunagar surrounding, Chicken 65, chicken tikka, all the gravies we ordered were exceptional, falooda too was very tasty.

Apart from the ambience, taste and the location it was reasonably priced as well certainly inexpensive considered the taste and the ambience,

We would certainly visit this place once more if we get a chance to be there. They have a spacious car parking as well.

A very beautiful place.They have given the restaurant a green look. A lush full garden environment prevails to give you an appetite.sepatrate cottage like structure to give you a private room. A/c hall to serve you in summer. Play area for kids. Good.

We were travelling from Tirunelveli to Trichy and was looking for traditional non veg cuisine, Hotel was known through our friend, visited for dinner ..it was very tasty and fast delivery ...customised to our requirements ... enjoyed Kamaliya Restaurant...recommend to others too...

Food was over for our needs it was served for the customers before and because of that we cannot get the food .the service was good a lovely atmosphere

Awesome NV Thali, Fish Fry, Prawns Curry, Fish Curry. If you r travelling to Madurai, this restaurant is about an hour away. Must try.

Good restaurant to visit... Good spacious hotel...With a huge car parking....And a good kids play area..Neat restroom...In Virudunagar highway road.... Food is tasty...And menu suits ur budget...But the ambiance just awesome

Nice place to have food with family and this restaurant is spacious and have lawn for kids playing.. animals like rabbits dogs etc are here and water fountain for showing beauty of nature

We had a early dinner here. Food is served hot and service is good. Price is acceptable for the ambience and taste. My fav is vazhai ilai parotta and al faham chicken. Best place for family and kids will enjoy the water fountain.

We had aapam and paya its too good.

Had a Nice time together with college mates and prayer cell brothers quite a number of times in this beautiful garden hotel. Awesome 😊

Nice place to visit I like the bamboo style house

First of all, the experience is very good. The ambience is quite good. Please don't try those huts in the evening, I heard there will be lots of mosquitos.

We majorly ordered the side dishes. The taste and quantity of the dishes which we ordered are very good. There are few must tries which we ordered.

Appam and Paaya is the must there.
The Parotta and Salna. The Salna which they provide us is very good. We felt it is very authentic taste of South which I had 10 -15 years ago.
The "Paarai" fish is fresh and tasty.
The icecreams are good too.

There are some negatives , the crab lollipop and the Chicken kothu paraotta are not up to the level.

The price is affordable for me and seems the price is quite matching with the other restaurants in virudhunagar.

The service was very very good . The one who served is too polite, very respectful and everything was on time.

Very nice ambience with enough parking space for both two and four wheelers. We had dinner here and the non-veg food they served was very good. The restaurant is located on the highway.
