Employees do not respect the public.
Employees gave false details and promises, No one willing to work their job role properly.
They arrogantly waste public's precious time.
Some employees in counters do not respond properly and take more than one hour lunch time.
Who will Question these people's?
Very worst experience as I faced.

Is there any rule that there is no booking for speed post from 4pm to 5:30 pm.
