We had ordered for an diamond shaped king size bed and I must tell you the wood quality is just amazing and the delivery was also well done bcz we stay in a final floor. Manager Shubas was very responsive he guided us well, the delivery was a bit late since it was out of stock but he always kept updating us on it. Finally we are very happy with the product and would definitely try out for more products.. Thank you MNS furniture!!!!

We had ordered one of their product and we are really happy on the purchase. The wood quality is really good and the product is well designed. One thing I would like to add is for the staff to speak our language Kannada that would help a lot of people.

Very unprofessional team who don't value customer's time and money. The product may be good but guaranteed NIL service by the carpenters and the owner. We got 3 furniture from this place, no followup for service request and correction of errors. Wonder why Google asks to click 1 star. I would rate "ZERO"

We had actually given the order for customized sofa. Mr. Subhash had committed to us to get the ordered delivered in 1 month. We waited till then. We even sold our existing sofa thinking we will get new one but even after waiting for 3 months we did not getbour delivery. Mr. Subhash behavior was very hopeless. He didn't had the courtesy to treat the customer properly. He was very rude to us and that too making us wait for 3 months. Very disheartened with the behavior of that person. Very worst dealing and not at all customer friendly.

Furthermore, the delivery process was a disaster. The promised delivery date was repeatedly postponed, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. When the furniture finally arrived, it was mishandled and poorly assembled, resulting in further damage to the already fragile pieces. The delivery team seemed disinterested and lacked any sense of professionalism.

Decided to buy furniture from this shop instead of buying online in order to help small businesses cherish. It has been three months since I placed an order for a simple sofa and the owner has only been delivering false promises. Professionalism is as important as quality. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

good place to shop, if one is idle and has plenty of time and patience. although booking will be confirmed in a flash, you may be able to get the outcome from these folks at their will and mercy. stay patient through out your transaction and delivery (if it may happen), be it months or years

The owner suhas is a cheater. He takes advance and talks nice but never delivers the product. He gives you a nice story everytime you call and blames transporter. Do not fall pray for this fellow. Stay away people.

Purchased a cot, which I asked for customized cot they one month to deliver a cot but not satisfied. Bcs what we said they didn't do it even though I took the cot but it's full of heavy sound I'm calling these person come and do the service but they are not very worst service really not happy with there service.

Providing false delivery date and not providing any updates on the product even after repeated follow-ups.
