Manager and staff are cooperative... Exchange of notes, fresh notes whenever available are shared among customers.. In entrance ramp is available for wheelchair bound persons...

I want to give negative rating but Google doesn't allow. This is by far the worst branch I've seen in my life. Useless staff who don't answer customer queries. They don't even know C of customer service but is convenient to charge customer for the filthy customer service. Even cooperative banks would offer better service than this disgusting PSB.

No value for customers time.
They're least bothered to work also make customer's wait endlessly. Every time passbook machine is out of service and the staff are absent or if present ask you to come again. Same thing keeps repeating jobs never get done no one is professional here including staff and manager. They speak very rude and don't want to provide any service

Wish I could rate this branch in negative. The staff thinks they own the world. Very rude and arrogant behaviour from the staff. Avoid this branch if you're looking at hassle free banking.

This bank is really not public Co - operation bank.( Expecially manager).so I decided to change my account to another bank.
