Such a unprofessional people Mr. Prajeesh and team .They will return with wrong item and most of the times pillow covers , bed sheets and towels are missing. When we ask about that they will not respond for the call or message.Most of the time dry clean / wash clothes , the stains will not go. Quality of their service is so poor. I will not recommended this shop for anyone . Don’t waste your money, time and valuable clothes

Gave wedding blouse 2 months back. Haven't returned yet. They acknowledged it's lost only after repeatedly going there n number of times. There was never a call from their end.

I wish not giving even 1star. Uncultured staffs. Because they don't have a proper management. My things was took for wash 😅😅😅 long back and even not return back. Me thinking about to file a complaint against it. And also when m calling they won't pick up and also somehow one lady took the call and shouted at me. She is asking me😅😅 did they need to take care of my things. Yes its their responsibility that they took my things for wash means its their responsibility to return it back. I suggest people not giving bulk orders to them. Worst service. Unprofessional talk.

Till today they have not delivered a carpet that I had given them in April for dry cleaning. In addition, every time the delivery date keeps getting postponed, now they are not picking up my call.
