Great dentist and team, very well equipped. Travelled from Kenya for a bunch of dental work including a couple of crowns, root canal, fillings and other minor dental works. Well taken care of.

Whatever I can write about the team at The Dental Roots will not provide justice to their world class customer service, period. I firmly believed that honest and dedicated customer service only existed in countries such as USA where I lived for a while. But, my experience with Dental Roots has turned that perception upside down. Seven and a half years ago I had my root canal and crown treatment done with them. There was a minor chipping of the crown recently. I am no longer living in Gurugram but I was in Delhi/NCR for other work for less than a week and when I approached the Dental Roots with my concern, immediately Dr Dheeraj removed the defective crown and got me a replacement crown in just two days, all of this was done at zero fee, even after seven and a half years! Their facilities are world class and hygienic with five star like ambience. Everyone from receptionist to doctors and assistants are highly professional and responsive to customer needs. Highly recommend them!

I’ve undergone treatment for deep bite related orthodontic problem at Dental Roots. Dr. Dheeraj and Dr. Ritika have treated my problem very smoothly that was very satisfying. All dentists and supporting staffs were very efficient in their work.

Dr Ritika and Dheeraj did a wonderful job in developing and installing a crown. They carefully explained the various options and were very flexible - accommodating my travel and work schedule to fit in multiple appointments in a few days. One of the best dental clinics in Gurgaon. Absolutely professional and have brilliant dentists. Dr Harishta Gupta and Dr Ankit are marvellous. Pricing & cost is pretty decent and post-dental care can be compared to the best of the best anywhere in the world!!

My son got his braces from their, the problem is was facing was that his two teeth were growing over each other. in his two years of treatments and with the help of two doctors, doctor ankit and doctor harshita he was able to fix that problem. his teeth are properly aligned and doctor harshita took over from doctor ankit as he left. she did a fantastic job and he can’t be happier with his teeth.
