DENTAL BRASSTACKS

This review is long overdue.

During my recent travel to India, we stumbled onto this fine dental establishment.

First off – my dread for dentists & dental clinics is above reproach :)
I have serious dental anxiety. My weighting is obviously informed by almost certain horrendous experiences at most of these “out for themselves” dentists here in North America.

The team here was friendly & professional and not in the fake... "we have to be friendly because it's our job" ..way, but actually really nice, courteous and polite. We didn’t encounter one person that wasn't pleasant to deal with, they made us feel comfortable from the first moment we entered this pristine, cozy, state of the art facility – see posted pics.

The wait area décor is tastefully well thought out – and has a very calming lounge feel.

I wish to single out Dr. Sharma, she was outstanding and as a fine dentist, she wasn’t judgmental in making you feel culpable for not flossing and or not making those dreaded frequent dental visits, though she professionally recommended.

I really liked the fact that she asked me if I wanted her to explain what she was doing and why she was doing it, explained it before and didn’t say anything during the procedure. I've never been included in these decisions before and I greatly appreciated it. I hate hearing about what's going on as it's happening...

She wasn’t pushy about getting anything done; she was very forthcoming on every upfront procedure price , payment options and urgency in case it’s was a priority for the next visit. I've never experienced that from any dentist's here in North America especially when you have a Cadillac dental coverage plan, notwithstanding I was gladly paying ‘out of pocket’ which I found really, really reasonable relative to the customer experience and value.

All said, thanks for the perfect dental practice: you are a “world-class” act.

I’m looking forward to my next teeth whitening procedure on my next visit.

Visited here today for cap recementation. Quick and painless. Dr Nisha is very experienced and is ready to share the knowledge with the patient.
She is on time. The clinic is clean and hygienic.

I am undergoing Braces treatment at Dental Brasstacks ! I am so happy with the caring nature of the doctors and they handle the wires and braces so carefully .The treatment which is being provided to me is so minimally discomforting .Lot of my school friends are also getting their braces treatment done here.
The overall environment is very soothing .

The foremost quality of Dr. Bali is her patient demeanor towards all her patients. She believes in transparency and respects the patient's choice of treatment. Her humble behavior keeps her patients glued. :)

Usually dental treatments are scary and painful but not at Dental Brasstacks...lovely atmosphere, smiling and experienced doctors ( specially Dr. Nisha). Her attention to details and song collections make entire process easy to sail through.

The doctor and staff is very kind and helpful, they have a very hygienic sterilization room

Good place, just make sure you ask for the owner when doing anything more then cleaning.

With high technology and good hygiene
