Very bad manner & ethicates of doctor MC Gupta(owner of Hospital)to treat/talk with patient gardian.
If Patient of insaurance case asking that approval get from TPA or not , then doctor said kyu bar-2 puch rahe ho. Even in case of insaurance, it is responsibility of hospital/Doctor MC Gupta if approval come from TPA then inform the pateint that your approval has come.
When I know from customer care then I again ask to doctor about approval then he said he said bar-2 kyu puch rahe ho. Due to old age he has no Patience he also need Psychiatrist.
Totally he has only motto to earn money from patient any how and patient gaurdian don't ask any question from him regarding patient disease/Insaurance.

Worst hospital to get treated... I took my pregnant wife in emergency and Dr rudely refused to treat her.... As we are not visiting her from starting...
We politely asked her to let her nurse atleast check... She refused for that also. .. Worst lady Dr... Worst practice... No ehtics.... No manners...
Please do not visit this fraud clinic..

she is experienced but now its time for her retirement , think why govt. has set an age for service class people, and it should be for professionals too . bcus after a certain age they use to forget what they said, listen or neither they want to discusse anything brief. they just start judging. my experience was bad bcus of her behaviour not bcus of my result or money i spend. and she is running business so be ready for EXTRA prescribe medicine and injection etc. In her hospital their is notice board of "Rights of patient" at reception area but she never had read that.....

Worst treatment scenario. The doctors are rude with patients. Dr Renu Jain, been taking wrong treatment since last one month of PCOD and stealing money only.

Doctor not available on phone / emergency.
No assistant to guide in case doctor not available.
We waited for 2 days after test written by doctor and then doctor not available for 5 days with no notification and then test become invalid. No one to connect even a call with doctor.

No doctors in case of emergency.
Left the treatment in between and no assistant / doctor on time.
