If this place doesn't seem to have good reviews , it is for a reason. I am aware that price of every service in gurgaon is on the higher side, but if if the service is qualitatively good, the money you pay is justifiable .

My brother went in for a consultation due to tooth ache. Upon consultation , the doctor said that a scan is ought to be done ( from an external facility) so as to do a proper diagnosis. So we did a CBCT scan amounting to 2.5k from the place that the doctor suggested. Upon seeing the scan, she said that owing to an infection a re- root canal was not viable and extraction is thmost feasible option. At this time upon asking, she said that the charges of root canal would be 6.5K but never mentioned the charge of extraction( she blatantly lies she mentioned 8.5k as the charge of extraction- we would clearly recall if some one said an extraction costs more than root canal) and hence we assumed it would be standard cost.
It is a different doctor who did the procedure , some thing which finished in 5 minutes after the local anaesthesia. He clearly mentioned to the doctor that there was mild pain , but it finished all too quick in a span of 5-10 minutes . Once he got out and asked the price , the person at dest said 8.5k - having done multiple procedures including an orthodontal teeth alignment , he asked why the price was so high- considering there was not even a surgical extraction. Just as though it was a flea market bargaining, the doctor immediately reduced the price to 6.5k the doctor who did the procedure is not the one who briefed himcommunicated with him or charged him. After the whole charade, I took the x-rays and scan to a different dentist at two clinics and realised that we were charged unfairly without any proportionality to the procedure which was being done. I have paid her the 6.5k ( I want the clinic to know that it is not just about the money- but how unprofessional they were as they never briefed the cost of the process before doing the process or at the time of it- the way they asked for 8.5k for a non surgical extraction and the complete lack of communication between the doctor who did the procedure , the clinic in charge and even their desk staff).
My brother studies in Bombay, and I didn't want his teeth issue to fester and be a trouble for him, hence I decided to get it done here before he went away to a hostel. Also because of summers, I thought that it would be best to use the nearby facility as we live here in Wellington . I regret my poor judgement, for there are much more dentists in gurgaon who are really professional and has adequate expertise that matches the price they charge. So kindly don't waste your time and money here.
