This is a wealth management branch, I visited for closing some FD and the process was seamless, the representative was aware of the process and did the due diligence before giving the acknowledgement receipt.

Pathetic bank service! We open accounts in private banks to get speedy services and they are even worse. Employees are always in pathetic mood and no work ever gets done. Just passing responsibilities from one to another. Please review your employees and take random surveys from account holders. Would never recommend them to anyone. Useless!

Extremely Poor service. They don't have ethics to deal with customers. Even senior officials don't know banking operations. They only ask you to complaint at Customer care phone number. After that also they are unable to resolve minor issues. Don't opt this bank/branch, there are other banks which are much better.

Worst Bank .Branch Manager of Sec 15 Faridabad Branch.. Pathetic.. staffs.. don't ever your account here..they are fraud. .

its been 2 hours i have given the RTGS cheque at the bank if RTGS takes soo long in private banks then its better to open ur account in a govt bank even the staff doesnt give any response on phone
