Really impressed with the customer service at this store. There was a defect in the shoes that I recently purchased at this store, but the way the manager handled this issue was very impressive. I will make sure I buy shoes again from this store, because of how impressed I am with the service I received.

Skechers a brand that has caught up in India in recent years is a sportspersons delight. This is a must visit store if you're looking for comfortable, performance oriented, customised, light weight, walking, running, cross fit, gym etc shoes.
This is one of the best skechers stores I've visited, with its variety and ambience and the specialised training of the staff with regard to product knowledge was a pleasant surprise.
The manager of the store in commercial street, I think a Mr Ananth or Anand Menon went out of his way to ensure that we got the best in terms of customer service. He himself attended to us whenever required. Kudos Mr. Menon. Keep up the good work in continually training your staff.
