A small beautiful park located right opposite to Cellular Jail. This park is dedicated as a memorial for the patriots who were locked up in the Cellular Jail.
This park has the statues of freedom fighters who lost their life during their imprisonment in the jail. It also has inscriptions about the freedom fighters below their statues, those stories were very inspiring.
During night this park is well lit and has a breathtaking view of Aberdeen Jetty Point.
This is a open park has no entry fees.

This place is great if you want to sit and relax for some time. Many local sellers sell water bottles, Coconut water here also. You can get a complete view of the Cellular jail from this park too. Great place for taking photographs.

A small park right in front of cellular jail. Once you come from cellular jail you can sit and relax at the park for a while. Some of freedom fighters statue has been made here. You will see many friendly pigeons wandering here. Has some good views too. Coconut water is available here incase u need it.

After we finished with cellular jail tour, we awaited here for sometime for Light and Sound Show timings are 6:00 p.m. (Hindi). A beautiful view in evening with all-over lightnings

Veer Savarkar park is good for relaxing and have statues of the freedom fighters who stood against the British Government in Cellular jail. They suffered torture and still stood determined and finally leads to the victory.

A beautiful park in front of cellular jail main gate. It is nicely decorated and free of cost. There are many statues of freedom fighters in this park. Ample sitting arrangements for tourists. While waiting for light and sound programme at cellular jail peple spend time here relaxing with tea and snacks. Thanks to the authority for providing such sweet park.

Veer Savarkar park is a nice clean park right across the Cellular prison . There are 5-6 statues of some of the freedom fighters who were lodged in the Cellular jail during India's freedom struggle . We get fresh air from there it's come from the Andaman sea . We can see sea from there . It have no fee

A nice park infront of cellular jail. It is newly constructed on December 19 due to the visit of Hon ble Prime minister of India Modi ji. It is best for waiting place before entering or after exit from cellular jail . Some historical events are also painted on the wall of park.
