The Mystic Palms

We checked-in on 24th Mar and checked out on 26th Mar. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. On checking, receptionist gave us an option of pool view or garden view(you can view highway). Both were best but we preferred garden view. Service were done in time. Tap water is salty in bathroom. Can not even gargle. Hot water and drier available. They have restaurant, swimming pool and bar in backside of hotel. Restaurant was overpriced. Crispy veg and veg kohla Puri had same taste. We booked rooms with breakfast, so the arrangements were made in the same restaurant. Idli was stale but when asked they served fresh. On both days sambhar was bitter and they did nothing about it. I requested them to cook allu(potato) paratha but nothing was done. They also have nonveg options for which one will have to sit outside. At night be prepare for mosquito bites if having dinner outside. Waiters were quick in service which is worth praising. Receptionist shared cab contacts as we required intercity cab. We got to know that cab service owner overcharged us of 1000₹ but it was too late then.

Mystic palm hotel is near the Delhi Mathura Agra highway. Rooms are neat and clean and Sevices are also satisfactory. There is a restaurant cum bar in this hotel which is quite good in respect of taste and services. Must try.

One of the best food has been served by the restaurant management staff. Awesome service given by Mr.Dalchand. Well behaved staff with beautiful ambience. Overall awesome experience.

For two days, I was very impressed and I thought a lot in positive ways. I had a desire to visit again and I wanted to get a hotel like that inn. It was the first time for me to know what I want to become

Luxurious...... beautiful ❤...... decent and amazing place to organise family functions, official parties, friends party, birthday party......if you are from outside ......you can stay here too it's nearby NH-2 you can take cut from Maharana Pratap chauraha for it lovely place with lovely views😍

Went to the restaurant by the poolside, gud food, good service by Anurag Yadav and great music.

An excellent place for small get to gether to large marriage parties with ease and comfort. Beautifully decorated and efficiently managed events are their speciality. The food is exotic and service is par excellence. The parking of vehicles is no problem as they have plenty of open space. A place worth visiting

Exactly on the highway and in the heart of the city a place to have parties, meetings, weddings, drinks and meals

Very nice place in my city for chill out, hang out, for resturanting totally familiar place. Loved the food paneer angara and crispy plane tandoori Roti's uhhhhh wat a crisp it was mouthwatering snacks hard working and dedicated service staff, Chef no doubt chumasheri are his hands ........Bla bla bla

I planned my sister's wedding here, it was a perfect wedding. Everything ran smoothly, I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was well planned and executed perfectly by Roshan Sir and his very talented team members.
I'm really thankful for such great efforts put by them to make this day memorable.

Hey Guys..we would highly recommend the place , be it for your next holiday or for a destination wedding..we recently had our wedding function there and we had an amazing experience . All the staff members were too humble and provided us the best service. The food quality for all our events was better than what we expected. Located on Mathura-Vrindavan Road and easy to approach. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast is free, and it was delicious. It was a nice experience. However, there is monkey manace.

Rooms are good n spacious, front office staff is excellent.food is also tasty & there is value of money. They are care for the guest requirement & needs, they are interested to fulfill their all demands. Housekeeping staff is so co-operative. I love to visit again. Thanks to mysticpalm team.
