Naruvi Hospitals

I had taken my father for his Executive health check up. It was almost 3.30PM when we exited the hospital following all the tests, extra tests (suggested by doctors) with full report and medicines in hand and had entered into hospital at 6.30AM. I liked the process, people and environment there and the diagnosis procedure and medicine prescriptions. As we know that there would be chance for improvement in everything, what I feel is there is a medium or a person missing in between who has to collect our appointment letter to pass it on to doctor for calling inside. We have to manually open the door and keep our file inside or give it to someone inside which would be awkward many times as there will be patients inside already. Rest everything is well and good!
Note: you would be given with a helpline phone number where you get help and information each and every time you require or whenever you are in confusion. They don’t feel anything when someone troubles them asking too much information or too many calls. Had seen it personally.

I have read many negative reviews on this particular hospital. Not sure why they had faced those issues but below are the facts that might be the root cause.
Security shouting at people: yes, they do question if you don’t inform them regarding your entry to the hospital which is their responsibility.

Unavailability of doctors: yes, it do happen in many hospitals only during emergencies. No one can predict emergency and we can’t take any doctor for granted as they would be busy saving someone’s life which we should understand and act accordingly and for sure, if you are under emergency situation, they would definitely give you the priority.

Rude behaviour of the staff:
I didn’t encounter such acts during my visit. Everyone was very helpful and kind in providing information and clearing doubts even if asked for the 4th time the same question. I had noticed some people speaking loud over phones inside hospital while waiting for doctor’s appointment which will make other people nervous and create a disturbing environment. During these times, any one who is responsible to keep the environment calm and quiet behave accordingly to keep the other person calm which is the least behavioural aspect from any patient and they don’t follow it.

I have to thank personally Miss. Sapna for her kind gesture and timely communication each and every time during the tests and consultations. It’s not only with us, had seen her engaging and helping each and everyone approaching her for help.

Most recommended hospital for the people in and around Chittoor!!!

Highly maintained but very costly for OP and for IP they are providing promised services. Worth for treatment.

The best hospital Vellore with a lot of neat and clean environments, patients care and friendly doctor and staff. The hospital deals with outpatients, emergency cases and inpatient cases saperately. They have cafeteria, hygienic toilets, and a lot of space for sitting patients and attendee. A good space for parking vehicles of patients and attendee. They have good management for taking care of each section of hospital. Only drawbacki I find that they have only one place for registration of all outpatients, billing and all.
Alternatively I suggest to make the option for online payments via self-service terminal for given service by using debit/credit card or by UPI that's make life easier for atleast 50% of customers..

Really Great Hospital, I had severe Deviated Septum and Dr Nadhiya mam suggested surgery to me, I was afraid because of surgery but surgery is my final hope. Surgery and Take care by Dr.Nadhiya mam and thofial sir is fine. Post surgery staying in hospital is excellent and Nurses taking care well, Especially first day of surgery I was literally crying because of pain and keep on calling nurses for pain(nearly seven times), every time he came and helped me lot that nurse name is Krishna. Housekeeping and food quality is nyc.Totally the amount I paid for what I got is really full filling and Happy, Hope Naruvi is the next eye opener for vellore and TV Malai peoples.

Naruvi Multy speciality Hospitals is located in Collector office road, Bangalore - Chennai national highway, Vellore.

A very good Hospital and with lot of new and latest equipment's.
Best environmental.
The Doctor's and nurse's and other staffs were friendly with the patients.
The canteen is also well maintained.
Escalator is also available.
The toilets were well
hygienically maintained.
Parking area is well maintained.
The registration is one place, so that delayed and take more waiting time.

I had my pregnancy journey in Naruvi hospital from 1st month scan confirmation till my delivery it was an awesome experience with Dr. Jayasheela mam . I had normal delivery and they had tired their best for it . Very clean and well maintained hospitality on everything. Cost is really affordable I had only 60k for delivery expenses 48 hours and about the rooms and foods after delivery is really great and I am blessed to have it as well as there will be frequent check ups and get advices by all the gynaecologist, paediatrician, nurses.

From my experience I would suggest Naruvi for your pregnancy journey without any doubts ❤.

Few drawbacks : they need to improve and expand the ultrasound scan department , it has too much waiting period along with many patients is unhappy and need experienced ppl in taking blood samples for tests and they are just rude and rush in taking samples.

Right from my pregnancy confirmation till delivery I got treated in this hospital, my gynecologist was super supportive and helpful through out my pregnancy. The hospital is well equiped and very neatly maintained.

Amazing Hospital, everyone is very helpful. Each staff. And very clean. Cost effective. The doctors there are really hardworking and experienced, infact all in all it is an incredible hospital.

Most of the doctors are came from CMC hospital so they are well trained and so much experienced.

We had a excellent experience with team NARUVI. It can be Doctors or equipment’s or facility… all are more than our expectations. We lived in UAE for last 25 years, and I was closely connected with leading hospitals and we have seen and experienced the healthcare facilities. NARUVI’s nothing less than International standards.

My sister went for pregnancy check up.. They provide good service. Doctors and other staffs are also polite and calm.

Healthcare at it’s best. Without a blinking my eye, I’d recommend this hospital to anyone looking for a great hospital and greater customer/patient experience. Whether you are an in-patient or an out-patient, your journey from the beginning to the end would be seamless.
Doctors are empathetic, understanding, patient and carefully listening. The hospital building is designed in such a way that one can navigate on their own just by following the signboards.
I believe, the business processes like registration and stuff are designed by keeping the patients in mind, it’s easy on patients and attendants.

*Update - 12/2023: OPD is getting crowded. Naruvi is doing its best to better manage the crowd. However, the results are not so impressive.
*Billing/Cash Counters - The management or consultants (business process consultants) could improvise the business processes and reduce unnecessary overhead to patients/attenders/guests. Many a times, we are tossed around from one counter to another when a transaction could be completed in one counter.
*Security personnel - Security personnel should be groomed to Naruvi standards. In my opinion, they overdo their job.

State of the art Naruvi infrastructure gives you the feeling of "you have reached the right place". Quality healthcare destination in South India.

Recently delivered my baby at Naruvi. Consulted with Dr.Akilasree mam. To talk about the hospital, it's one cool place with a pleasant ambience, excellent infrastructure and well mannered people which is all worth the amount that you spend.
Secondly to talk about my Doctor. Akilasree, She is a wonderful person whose very appearance will calm you down if ever you are anxious. Her advises will be very much practical and will include not just medications but also lifestyle modifications that will be needed for things to happen smoothly.
I got admitted one early morning with labour pain in emergency and mam was kind enough to come from her home immediately at such a time without delay and helped calm me down and deliver smoothly. Not to forget that the doctor and nurses who were on duty that early morning ( on night shift actually) guided me beautifully until she arrived.
The paediatrician who examined my baby Dr. Asvatha whom I've been consulting for quite a long time for my first child as well is also someone I will never forget to credit and thank for all the knowledge that she possesses and exudes.

A very good hospital.I have treatment for my father's oral cancer and now he safe by the grace of God.Especially ENT Surgery Doctor Mohammed Abdul Quader Sir is very sincere.I will be forever grateful to Dr. Abdul Quader Sir.I would recommend everyone to get treatment from this hospital at least once.The quality of food is very good and the hospital is clean.I am grateful to all the staff of Naruvi Hospital.

Recently I did angioplasty for my mom. From day 1 to day 3 it was an pleasant treatment. We didn’t feel that we are in hospital. All the staff were polite and served with smile. Keep it up. It really showing how HR and management team have provided training to all staffs. Thank you very much.

Experience in this hospital is very good. Doctors and staff are very friendly to patients. My nasal polyps surgery (fess surgery) is done here. Admission, treatment, post surgery care is very good through cost is bit high. Dr Nadia madam took surgery very well. Thanks Dr. Nadia and team.
