This is the best gym i will recommend to go to whatever be your goal be it weightloss strength building or to get that asthetic look. Under the guidance of my coach I have successfully lost 10 kgs which I gained due to lockdown in only 3 months. I have joined gym with 87.5 kgs and I was doing the exercises but not seriously listening to the trainer.
