I ordered a dozen of medications in this pharmacy through Whatsapp and notified them about my order on call. A couple of medicines weren't in stock, but they told me that they would order those "out of stock" medications and would deliver my order as soon as they get them.

I was quite amazed that they delivered my order on the day I placed it with no delivery charge. Actually I ordered at 8:30am and I got my medications around 8:30pm. I didn't think that I would receive my medications so soon, that too during festival time.

The person who handled my order through phone and the person who delivered my order were polite. Thank you very much Kayes Pharmacy team. I am really satisfied with your service.

☀I bought this Dates from a reputed company, At any store (kayes pharmacy)I would say the quality of the product was poor,(It's been at least five days since I bought the item),

☀However I mentioned that the quality of the products is poor (Dates) However as a customer they accepted my opinion and gave me another quality product.

☀They value customers 'opinions and feelings and meet their customers' needs.
