Excellent room. 5 star rated room. Hot water, TV and AC are provided. With one large bed and we took an extra bed. We accommodated with 3 adult and 2 kids

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Bathroom fixtures are top notch. Water pressure is more than adequate. Hot and cold water available.

Mosquitoes are a problem in the lobby and lift. But the management provides all-out mosquito repellent for every room. Stairwells require more lighting. Pillow covers need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Reception staff are very polite. Room service is prompt and considerate. The experience is comparable to what you get in Holiday Inn hotels in the US.

Great suite room,neatly maintained & service was awesome. Indoor car parking on first come first serve basis.Too much pricy based on location, A little bit far from Bus station.

Best place to stay in Amalapuram. Different rooms for different rates. Ample Parking. All A/C rooms, Wi-Fi. Good maintenance and Housekeeping. Near different restaurants and shopping malls.

Hotel Location is good and service is quite well.
Hotel Owner Mr. Jayanti is very helpful and keep the watch on fine details to maintain the Hotel up to date.
I stayed there for business trip around 10 days but never felt uncomfortable for even single day.
Very good staff and management.
Only restaurant facility is needed to make complete residence for northern region traveller.
Keep it up.

I will surely visit and stay again for my next visits.

It was an excellent stay. Very co-operative staff and owner too.
But, there is definite room for service improvisation and basic complementary breakfast and Tea/Coffey.
Suggestion: Please provide faculty of kitchen as well since customer can not rush every time outside for tea/Coffey and for food.

The Hotel is simply superb. I came here first one year ago and I visited now again. The Hotel seems as good as how it used to be then. The Hotel Management took really very good care of the maintenance and also the Room Ambience and the Service are always kept upto the mark. Best Hotel to stay in the Capital City of Konaseema

Nyce hotel good receiving

Till now I was residing in different lodges in Amalapuram Viz Ambica, Vashitstha, srisurya residence etc. but the stay at this hotel is really very very good and I felt very happy. Everything we need is available. sri Jayanth's customer care and the approach to satisfy the customere is excellant. His involvement for house keeping and admistration over the staff for prompt service is very very good. His endevour to complete the task with satisfaction uncomperable. The Service is excellent. The management is very customer caring and helpful. Hospitality is very very good. Room boy suppy, cleaning etc are very good. Truly speaking we have decided to stay here only in future also. One more thing is that my relative told me that they stayed here two years back and he too certified!
My advise to the tourists to book in advance the accommodation beacause it is accessible to many worth visiting places.

i am bala we are regular customer, hotel is well maintained and room services are very good , location , facilities provided by hotel management - Sri Jayanthi Satyanarayana Garu. and their staff are very cooperative we wish all the best for further projects.

The place was very neat and very family friendly. The language wasn't a huge barrier as all the staffs understood us and served us very well.

Best hotel in Amlapuram for short stay. Hotel located in Gold market. Rooms are neat nad clean. Two Lift is are available. Room service is available. Easy to access from bus stand. Autos are available from hotel. Card payment is available on request otherwise they will insist for cash. Restaurant is not available but they arrange food from outside. Laundry is available but you have to take follwup for cloths. Parking is available. Owner is good person and helpful in nature but staff is having attitude problem.

We had nice time staying and the staff were very friendly and I would recommend to my friends too. Overall i would say worthy place to spend with family.Ambiance of the hotel and rooms are pretty good.
