Have been visiting here from last 2 years. The taste is top notch with the affordable price. One of the best ambur style biryani in Vellore.

I've tasted Mutton Biriyani and Boiled Egg. Very tasty and famous restaurant in Vellore. This restaurant is very near to Old Bus Stand. Too much of crowd: Family, Friends, Workers, Students and many visits here and enjoy their delicious food. Don't miss to visit here. Because you're a serious traveller, and you only go for the real deal! This is legendary Amma Biryani. No cutlery or plates allowed. The mana from heaven is served on banana leaf and eaten by hand.

One of the most popular restaurant who still follow their heritage and respect for their food highlight: chicken and mutton biryani.

Vellore best biriyani but quantity very low

30 year old shop, when I'll visiting this shop always crowd. Budget price. Mutton briyani 150, chicken briyani 120. Seeraga sambaa rice taste wise superb. Don't miss it.

Briyani was superb, the curry which they provide with the briyani was awesome. In traditional South Indian banana leaf they used to serve the briyani. Satisfied😊

You will get mutton and chicken Biryani at a flat rate of RS.100 egg 10 additional.

Delicious taste, but content will be little less. But it's ok, we can have extra cuska for just rs.40.

Overall, one of the best place I have had tasty Biyani.

Awesome, spicy food... Typical Chennai food.. If you are from Andhra or telangana.. The surprise thing u find here is... It's not BIRYANI.. They named it.. BRIYANI..

This is probably the best Biriyani in Vellore available at 100 Rupees. There is a better seating arrangement on the second floor. The staff were very friendly although there was a language barrier but a little Hindi will do. Point to remember is that you won't be able to have any biriyani before 6:30 in the evening, I'm not so sure about morning.

Amma Briyani Restaurant is located in Old Bus Stand, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. You get both Mutton and Chicken Biryani in the afternoon. At night, you get only Chicken Biryani. The Biryani is hygienic, of high quality, tasty, and does not cause any trouble to your stomach. It is one of the best biryani shops in Vellore.
