I was told they function 365 days a year and I would receive the items within 2 days. They delayed by 2 days citing driver on leave, which is fine i guess.

But what was worse, 2 of my linen shirts were damaged beyond use (collars completely torn). When I tried to contact, they ask me to take another number as the person responsible is on leave! Totally irresponsible as they could have easily identified the damage themselves before delivering the shirts.

Extremely unprofessional and pathetic first experience for me...will never recommend nor go back to them

Benaka Dry cleaners in Chandra Layout has inxperienced people working. They will tell 120 for Normal Dry wash, 180 for petro waah and to remove the colour stain 280.if the stain does not get removed, 100 Rs will be refunded. That means with the experience, they cannot even guarantee. It means that they will do a petro wash only in that process if stain gets removed they charge 100 extra. Do not fall for their trap. Gp to a local Dry cleaner

It was not worthy at all. I had earlier used the services and gave the curtains for wash and ironing.They returned all the 10 curtains folded and pressed. When i opened to hang, they were all creased. I had to iron them again. They charged ₹380 per curtain.😡
The whites which i had given to be whitened have remained same as before. I will not make the mistake of taking services of Benaka ever again .highly unsatisfactory.

Third class service just interested to make money. Gave my dhoti they said stains will go away it was the same when I took delivery. The guy at counter was only asking me to pay the bill not bothered to even listen to my complaint.
