Its Great location and only good place in Ranebennur town, very good service and quality food delivered to doorstep. Complimentary breakfast quality is poor rather than paid breakfast. Family restrauant is located next to bar which feel negatively as many family were visited and reached via bar, in where many peoples were done with smoke and drink, aprt from this its very good property in Ranebennur...

Staying at this hotel is a very nice experience.

Had a family function to attend in rannebennur and we had pet( dog ) with us traveling from Bengaluru. And so thankfull to mallikarjun residency as they allowed us to stay with pet. And rooms were very clean and good service. Best food. Especially chicken kholapuri and chilly chicken must try.

If you ever had to stay in Ranebennur. I would suggest this hotel. Rooms are clean, parking space, restaurant and Bar, complementary breakfast. Only negative is they need to improve the taste of breakfast.

Hotel is very good .
And in every floor their are 2-3 room boy's. Service is good food is very good separate Veg roof top restaurants with separate kitchen.

Neat n clean room, promt room service, good quality breakfast.
