Polo Lake Resort Neermahal

Excellent place..we friends with our family stayed at the resort for 1 night on Christmas Eve 2023.well furnished rooms with every necessary facilities. Satisfactory behaviour of the staffs, elegant view, and delicious food all in one a nice place to stay.

It was an awesome experience at this resort. Food, service of the staff and everything was excellent. Specially Mr. Shudhanshu baidyakar was really a hard working man and the manager over there is a really a good arranger and a very good person too. One must visit there

Good hotel with excellent service, however rooms lack proper storage and chairs. AC remote not present, TV set top box needed attention, cleaner washrooms would have been preferable considering the price and location. Special mention to the Sudhanshu Baidyakar and the rest of the staff who took care of things very professionally.

The best in class. Ambience was great. Food was just great. The portion size they serve is more then enough. Don't go with their price of items. The preparation and presentation is superbly great. Rooms are great too. Need of basic amenities are taken care in detail. Lastly the people there are very nice. Very well behaved. This place does know how to serve people and stay in this business... With smile always. Thank you Polo Lake Resort. You made our stay a truly remembered one.

We come hear tripura from gujarat for election duty for this we will residing at Polo Lake Resort Neermahel for 13 days thay treat us very well. Manager and All staff are very good thay provide us good hospitality. And also the location of this hotel is very good just opposite the Neermahel the famous tourist place of Tripura

We booked 4 rooms in the hotel for a group of 8 via our travel agent @Dolphin Travel
We stayed there on 20-22nd April, 2022.
All of us are Senior Citizens and I must say everything was top notch.
The Hospitality was heart warming, especially the manager Mr. Debojyoti Biswas took so much care and was always available to help us with anything and everything.
Starting from the rooms, to the food as well as service everything was perfect and they made us feel important. Each and every staff went out of their way to give us a joyable and pleasurable stay.

I highly recommend families to stay here as you will feel safe and well treated and get your money's worth.
Infact they go out of the way to make your stay an all out pleasure.

I extend my thanks and well wishes to the hotel and its management for this.
